Use the pull down menu to select various groups of the team site that should be shown in the TeamCalendar.
First Day of week
Defines, which day is shown first in the weekly-view.
Activating this option will open the calendar details once an entry is being clicked.
With the appointment filter you have the possibility of setting which type of appointment will be shown. By putting a check in the corres-ponding check boxes (it is possible to select multiple appointment types), appointments are shown in the TeamCalendar.
Here you can set the standard view of the Calendar. This setting can be configured to meet the needs of the individual user.
Show Merged Calendar Row
If you activate the check box "Show" the entry "All" will be created at the beginning of the list of group members which summarizes the appointments of all group members. In this way the user can quickly assess which time periods all members are free.
Activating this option will hide the name of the weekdays in the monthly- and weekly-view. It has no effect to the daily view.
Show New Appointment Button
If this option is enabled, a button is displayed to add new appointments to team members.
Acitating this one will display the Sharepoint-Presence-Indicator beside the name of the team members. This one will show the online status.
Exchange Server URL
In the field "Exchange Server URL" enter the address of your Exchange Server e.g. https://exchangeserver. If nothing else was specified http:// will be used automatically. The entry of "exchange" is optional.
Username / Password / Domain (optionale Einstellungen)
Here enter the account that has reading access to the Exchange Server. For Exchange Server 2003 access must be possible through WebDAV. If you don’t enter a specific User the user information (Credentials) of the visitor will be passed on to the Exchange Serv-er. The requirements for this are the integrated Windows Authenti-cation and Impersonation for the SharePoint server. The Exchange and SharePoint Server must also be configured for Kerberos.
Appointments can be temporarily saved in the SharePoint Server. Here you can set how often the files are deleted from the cache memory.
Use Free/Busy info
In the case that loading the appointments from the calendar files of the user through WebDAV is not permitted or slow, the pub-lished Free/Busy Information from the Exchange Server can be loaded and shown first by activating this option. After this, you can attempt to read the individual calendar entries. Please note: the Free/Busy Information is only up-dated every few minutes.
When the Exchange Server 2007 or 2010 is used, the new Availability Service which sets up all necessary appointment information will be activated.
Don´t fetch appointment details
To prevent the appointment details from being displayed activate this checkbox. It is available after enabling the option "Use Free/Busy info".
Details from private appointments will not be shown by default.
You will receive registration information via email. Open the XML file in a text editor and copy the total contents into the field "License (XML)". Then click on "Apply" or "Ok". The Web Part is now activated.
